Privacy policy

Very little data, used only for what you ask us. Here's what, why and how.

Who we are

Etere is a lifestyle brand born in Milan. For anything about your data you can write to us at etereclub@gmail.com. Data controller: Etereclub.

What data we collect

We only collect the email address you choose to leave in the forms on the Boutique and Events pages. We don't ask for your name, phone number or anything else. As with any website, the service that hosts our pages also records technical browsing data, such as your IP address and browser type, which is needed for the site to work and stay secure.

Why we use it

We use your email only for the reason you gave it to us: to let you know when the first collection is available, if you signed up on the Boutique page, or when the next dates open, if you signed up on the Events page. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it. If we ever want to write to you for other reasons, we'll ask for your permission first.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, at no cost, by writing to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until we send the message you asked for, and in any case for no longer than 12 months from sign-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as strictly necessary.

Who else can see it

To run the site we rely on a few providers that process data on our behalf: Netlify, which hosts the site and collects the forms, and, when we start using one, an email service. Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, for example in the United States: in those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. It only uses a small technical browser storage (sessionStorage), cleared when you close the tab, to remember whether you've already seen the opening animation and for the transitions between pages. Details are in the cookie policy.

External links

The site links to Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. When you open them you leave our site, and those services' privacy rules apply.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to etereclub@gmail.com. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Minors

The forms on this site are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please don't leave us your email.

If we change the way we handle data, we'll update this page and the date below.
